We offer 1:1 or 2:1 buddy personal training whatever your level of fitness. You can choose your preferred coaching options, either face to face or via Zoom video link from the comfort of your home.  Whether your goal is fitness, fat loss, strength and conditioning or general health and wellbeing, your training will be bespoke to you, your health and capabilities. 

 

Life Coaching

Sometimes you need an impartial person to help you look past your busy life and hectic schedule and to pause and reflect on where you want to be, and how to get there. These are your sessions and are shaped and guided by you, on your terms and at your pacing. Using proven and effective methods we will help you identify and set clear goals, identify your barriers to success and plan a clear and achievable way forward to making your dreams come true and finding true happiness and peace.

Strength Training

Our approach to strength training is “strong for life”.  One rep maxes have their place, especially for those whose goal is frank strength, but strong foundations and form over ego will always come first. With a World Champion and Gold Medallist, you’re in safe hands.

Flexibility

We bend so we don’t break.   Flexibility is an essential part of complete fitness, without it our fundamental movement patterns can suffer, sometimes causing issues with posture and pain.  We run online stretch classes using a range of methods to increase flexibility and mobility and finishing with a beautiful relaxation techniques to completely relax and unwind the body and mind and de stress.

Calisthenics

We call this developing superhuman strength. It is our belief that if you want to be strong for life, you also need to be able to move your own bodyweight - well.  We focus on push ups, pull ups, single leg squats and body weight movements to find the superhuman strength in you.

Lifting Form Checks

If you want to start off on the right foot in the gym, or check your lifting form, or find out your true lifting potential, we can help. As a World Champion, Gold and Silver medallist, World Record and European Records in powerlifting, you are in great hands. You can benefit from my years of experience and training.
